Creative Canvasing Shipping Policy:
Delivery in the Philippines is 3-5 days after completion of canvasing design products item, depending on location within the Philippines.
Customers will be undated on when to expect delivery after product is complete.
United States delivery is 8- 12 days after completion of canvasing design product item.
Customers will be updated on when to expect delivery.
Additional Overseas delivery depending on the country may take 10-17 days. Customers will be updated on when to expect delivery.

If product item is defective or damage in any way upon delivery, customers can take a picture of damage product item and email it to our customer service department.
Creative Canvasing will replace damage product item or give customers a complete refund of all money spent.
All refund will be process and return within 3-5 days after receiving damage or defective product.
